Jesus College Cambridge began using Multi-Shower in May 2023, initially installing the system in one area of the College as a trial.
Following that trial, both the maintenance team and users reported positive results. Multi-Shower heads are now installed in most areas of the College.
Starting with a trial
After meeting with the Multi-Shower team, Jesus College agreed to install the system in one area and assess how it performed in practice.
The College's Estates Team reported that both maintenance staff and users were happy with the results.
Making routine checks easier
The Estates Team highlighted the easy-to-change, colour-coded inserts as a particular benefit.
According to the College, the insert system has made its routine checks easier and more efficient for the maintenance team, while also reducing disruption for users.
The College also reported that the insert-change approach removed the need for the harsh chemicals previously used as part of its process.
From trial to wider installation
Following the initial trial and positive feedback, Multi-Shower was introduced more widely across the College.
By April 2025, the Estates Team confirmed that Multi-Shower heads were installed in most areas of Jesus College Cambridge.
