Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your Multi-Shower purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To request a return, please contact us at info@multi-shower.com and include your order number. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original packaging
- Include all supplied components and accessories
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
